✧ Meet Nicole

Intuitive Life Coach • Writer • Walking Permission Slip

I’m Nicole — and I don’t coach from a pedestal.

I coach from the floor.

From the nights I couldn’t sleep because my body was screaming.

From the mornings I questioned if I even deserved rest.

From the years I thought I had to earn worthiness by suffering.

I didn’t get here by “staying positive.”I got here by getting real.

My story isn’t polished.

It’s proof.

I used to believe my value came from:

how much I could give,

how much I could endure,

how little space I took up.

Chronic pain, trauma, and exhaustion pushed me into a world where

“survival mode” became an identity.

And then my body said:

No more.

Not gently.

Violently.

I was forced to slow down…and when I couldn’t keep pushing,

I finally had to start feeling.

That’s where everything shifted.

Coaching wasn’t a career choice.

It was a remembering.

Therapy helped me understand my past.

Coaching helped me claim my future.

It taught me:

how to hear my intuition,

how to break cycles instead of repeating them,

how to honor my nervous system instead of abandoning it.

And once I experienced that level of transformation,

I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.

Not everyone needs advice.

Some people need someone who can sit in the dark with them

until they remember their own light.

Today, I guide misfits, healers, cycle-breakers, and deeply feeling humans

back to themselves.

Through:

intuitive coaching

grounded nervous system work

emotional depth

shadow integration

radical self-honoring

I don’t fix you.

I help you unlearn the parts of you that were never broken.

Because you’re not behind. You’re becoming.

Outside coaching…

I’m a writer at heart.

I paint. I create. I tell the truth.

I’m currently writing a multi-book series about healing and identity

—the kind of book I needed when I thought pain was my purpose.

And I share my journey publicly not to perform,

but to remind anyone who needs to hear it:

There is magic in the mess.

If you’re here, it’s not random.

Something in you is asking to be seen.

And I’m here to hold space for that becoming.

Because you don’t have to navigate the hard parts alone.

We rise together — not by perfection, but by permission.

Ready to take the next step together?
